How Subscriptions Work
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries every 28 days based on the bundle you selected at checkout. Your payment details are stored securely and you'll be charged automatically before each delivery.
Cancel or Change Anytime
There's no minimum commitment. You're free to pause, skip, change or cancel your subscription at any time through any of these three ways:
- Customer portal — Log in to your account at any time to manage your subscription directly
- Order confirmation emails — Every order confirmation contains a link to manage your subscription
- Contact us — Reach out to our support team at support@hushtails.com and we'll handle it for you
Already Been Charged?
If a subscription order has already been processed by the time you cancel don't worry. Our 30-day money back guarantee still applies. Simply contact us at support@hushtails.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll take care of it.
